Due Diligence?

If you are doing your due diligence concerning iZagg Energy, don't make the mistake some have made when Googling our name:

1. Understand, first of all, the Customer and an iZagg Energy Consultant are not the same. We provide either electricity or natural gas to Customers. We have Independent Sales Representatives that are our Sales Representatives in deregulated states.

The home office of iZagg Energy is located at 1595 Mt. Lebanon and we do not have any offices or official company offices located at any other locations. Our Independent Sales Representatives are brought to us and introduced to the company by other iZagg Energy Consultants who know them and attest to their character and desire to work with iZagg Energy within its publicly stated framework. Personally interviewing, doing background checks and providing a physical location in each state does not fit our business model.

Each Independent Sales Representative is required to Agree with and Sign our Independent Sales Representative Agreement. This agreement is their acknowledgement, their agreement with its content, their willingness to adhere to all Policies and Procedures of iZagg Energy, to be accountable and adhere to the laws governing their state and their personal actions to properly represent iZagg Energy at all times, to be managed by the Company and to complete the iZagg Energy Certification Training Program before soliciting energy customers.

2. iZagg Energy is located at 1595 Mt. Lebanon and its principals, staff and customer service have been serving both on a local, national and global customer base and business from this very same location for 15 years.

The company has had the same phone number, a live person to answer the phone and the same core staff all 15 of those years.

Even though most of the business world is on automated answering machines or some form of internet customer support service, the phones at iZagg Energy have been being answered by live, professionally trained customer support staff for all these fifteen years.

3. "Misguided people" on the internet. It is amazing that people actually believe the undocumented declarations of posters whose intent is to damage people's personal character or businesses.

Why? The mystery is not that there are "misguided people" in our world who have now discovered the internet as a tool to malign and mislead by accusation rather than documentation but that they are provided free space by free websites with no reqirements or accounting policies to not themselves be a part of the unethical and unprofessional "misguided people" intent to damage, but that people actually take time to read the postings and then actually refer to their act of a simple search on Google as "doing due diligence".

Attention Googlers: Due diligence is calling our office, getting first hand information from people who do business with us. If someone pointed you to our website or business and you don't know them well enough to trust their experience with us then don't do business with us. An anonymous posting on the internet is not credible as the following example so clearly demonstrates: Click here!

4. Official iZagg Energy websites. The iZagg Energy .com and .biz sites are the only official company websites on the web. We have no more control over what may be said in our name or about us than anyone else does on the internet. A competitor no longer has to out perform you in the marketplace but simply post anonymous misinformation, undocumented accusations or declare you fraudulent or a scam.

Saving people and businesses money on their monthly energy bills is exactly the OPPOSITE of poor business, a scam, or fraudulent. We are proud of the professional deregulation educating, servicing and savings we provide here at iZagg Energy everyday.
